Recipe of the Week

Hi everyone, I'm now having a Recipe of the Week. Today's recipe is the one, the only - CHOCOLATE FUDGE. Yummy!

I just realized something - I'm Australian, so cooking measurements may be a little different - I'm not sure. But that's okay, if you need to, just look up the differences.

Okay, so here is what you need, and what you do:

You Will Need:

-500 grams of chocolate
-1 tsp. Vanilla essence
-1 tin condensed milk

What to do:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Add the vanilla essence and condensed milk. Mix well. Place fudge in a gladwrap lined slice tray and let it sit in the fridge.

Cut up into pieces - as big or small as you like - but I find smaller is better - and enjoy! I'ts REALLY yummy!!
